They briefly listened to me, but quickly downplayed everything I said or stopped paying attention. One thing that I don't appreciate, is that they close exactly at their scheduled time whether someone needs help or not. I can't count on them to help me if I show up even a couple of minutes past their closing time. This office was somewhat kid-friendly, they had a few kid's magazines and seemed to cater to children, but other than that it was like a basic office.
