Amazing practice! I have had two children go through braces with Ries and both had wonderful experiences and excellent outcomes! I'd highly recommend Dr Ries and his practice!!

Dr. Ries and staff are great! My young child was so nervous on her initial visit she cried on the tour. Dr. Ries was so patient he was more interested in making her feel comfortable than examining her. Over the course of a year (checking in every six months) he did nothing more than make sure her experience was positive. Finally at her third visits she was all smiles about starting her orthodontic journey. This from a child who cried hysterical at a general dentist cleaning is truly amazing! I highly recommend Dr. Ries Orthodontics.

Dr. Ries is the best orthodontist in the area. He's smart and kind and so good with kids. My daughters teeth are perfect now (seconded by our dentist, who highly recommended him, by the way) and she's so confident with her new smile. The office is very nice .., peaceful setting, not a three ring circus like the guy across the street who quoted me 2 grand more than dr. Ries. Dr. Ries is genuine and honest too, not a salesman like some of the other docs we visited. 5 stars. Highly recommend.

I've never had to worry about them being understaffed or not being able to help me right when I need it. They have a staff that's very knowledgeable and qualified. I was very satisfied with my visit. They were helpful and I left feeling encouraged. One thing I noticed about their office was how absolutely fantastic it smelled. They must clean or sanitize all the time.

They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them. The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. Their full attention is always on me and they never take personal calls during my appointment. I've been to other places that answer their phone and it just drives me crazy. They are always prepared for my appointment and remember everything about me.

They were by far one of the best I've ever seen in their field. It was obvious that they've been exceeding their clients' expectations for many years. They have the very latest in orthodontic care and treatments here. I was very impressed with all the new and sophisticated equipment in their facility. I never have to worry about them overbooking appointments. They definitely believe in quality over quantity here and it is much appreciated. They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. It was so nice to arrive and see many fully qualified staff members. I've gone to some places that were very understaffed and I've never had a good experience. This place had a great staff though, and I'll definitely be going back.

They are completely committed to helping me as long as it takes to find the best solution. I never have to worry that they'll back out or give up if a solution isn't reached immediately, which has been a problem for me at other places. Although I have never had much to complain about I know that they always adhere to the customer is always right policy here. They take every complaint very seriously and strive to ensure that clients leave satisfied with their visit each and every time. They seemed to be an expert in every type of braces. They fully explained the advantages and disadvantages of everything from metal braces to Invisalign. I was amazed at how flexible their financing options were. They were more than willing to work with me, and I ended up having to pay a lot less than I expected. They always dress so professionally here, the entire staff obviously makes an effort to look their best and maintain a very professional appearance.
