I've been a patient of Dr. Hamilton's at Parkway Family Physicians since 1991, with the exception of four years when I lived far outside the metro area. Even though I now live outside the metro area, I continue to use them as my primary care physicians because they have such a good overall understanding of my health conditions. Dr. Hamilton takes the time to answer my questions and works with me to find solutions. I have several chronic conditions, which sometimes makes it difficult to determine the source of a particular problem. Yet, Dr. Hamilton is tenacious at finding a diagnosis and ways to help me feel better. This is a small office and they do not hesitate to refer you outside if they feel you need a specialist's care. In this day and age, that's incredible. Their egos do NOT get in the way - ever. Also, when they suggest a referral, it's almost always someone they know and whose work they respect.

Dr. Hamilton is excellent about returning my phone calls and has been extremely helpful at completing paperwork I've needed completed for various reasons. When I've had to call a doctor after hours, they've been patient, understanding, and work with me to find the best strategy for dealing with my concern.

Their staff is extremely friendly - they remember my name without looking! They go above and beyond at working me into the schedule and are genuinely nice people. The office is easy to locate. I'ver referred others to this clinic and they've thanked me for the referral. I will absolutely return - this is the best primary care doctor I've found. They actually understand the concept of coordinating care and pay attention to reports they receive from other providers.

One caveat for those new to this practice: this clinic is in a smaller building and while the waiting room and exam rooms are adequate, they are not plush. Please don't let this bother you. This clinic puts its time and attention on what counts: the quality of services you receive and providing services at a cost that people can afford. Don't judge a book by its cover. If you do so, it will be your loss.

We have been patients of Parkway for over 25 years. We drive over 45 minutes to the clinic because the folks at Parkway are the best. We have been blessed by the quality of care and level of attention that we and our friends have received over the years. Our friends and family who we have referred still tell us thank you. Dr Hamilton and the other Doctors are outstanding.

When was the last time your doctor called to see how the treatment is going? I highly recommend Dr Hamilton and the Parkway Family Physicians Clinic.
