I went in for a teeth cleaning the next day after eating dinner I floss my teeth and a filling popped out I called the dentist and they couldn't get me until the next morning okay 9 was my appointment I get there it's a long story it wasn't a good experience a statement I made was relayed to the dentist wrong she got upset it was a big blow up everyone could hear no privacy there I look like the bad guy all I simply said to the tech was I wonder if doctor spring would rather me get a different dentist that's all I said but that's not how it was relayed to her so came into my little area and said and you know what if you want to find another dentist you go right ahead I don't care well was that I tried to explain that's not what I said her feelings got hurt she started crying I tried to console and explain to no avail I think I couldn't tell all I know is I can't handle confrontations like that so now I feel I need to move on I don't feel comfortable there anymore especially since she doesn't care that appalled me to hear that come out of her mouth so I will go find someone that does care surely there's got to be somebody

I wasn't given any sort of payment plan or fee information before they went ahead and scheduled my treatment. I had no idea how much I should expect to pay. I still don't have all the financial information, but they told me everything should be covered at 100%. I was not totally satisfied with my visit. Although nothing went wrong, I waited for 2 hours for the dentist to see me. I thought the staff was somewhat friendly. I got filings and a week later it still feels & looks like I have cavities. Office is not as nice as other dentist offices I have visited, but the dentist himself is super friendly & was highly recommended.

They are nice but they overbook and the staff is clearly overworked. They should really allow for more time in between appointments if they want to keep any business. Wait times are quite extensive. They gave about the same level of care as others I have been to for the same problem. Although nothing went wrong, I had hoped for more.

They definitely weren't easy to reach in an emergency. . It's extremely annoying. I wish they had a few more staff members on hand. They weren't severely understaffed but it was obvious they could've used more help.They were extremely late to all my appointment.
