I always have the best experience every time I have an appointment here. Although I have not had much to complain about, I have noticed that they strongly adhere to the customer is always right policy and if anything goes wrong make every effort to correct the situation. They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. I couldn't believe how great their office looked. It was very obvious that they took pride in the office's appearance. It was one of the best looking offices I've ever seen. The staff was extremely warm and welcoming, and made every effort to make me feel right at home. They are so friendly and inviting. The chairs they had in the waiting room were average, I would say. They weren't amazing but they weren't totally uncomfortable either.
