I feel like my appointment was pointless. None of my questions were answered, nothing was accomplished, and I felt worse when I left. They consistently dismiss my concerns and accuse me of making problems up. I don't trust them to ever actually look into my concerns and see if they're valid. I had the hardest time finding their office, and I usually have a good sense of direction. The chair I sat in during my dental procedure was awful. It was seriously harder than a rock. They need to invest in more comfortable chairs.

I could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance. It was very well organized and well taken care of. They always go above and beyond to make sure I understand every single detail about my dental procedures. I'm always able to get all my questions answered, and I'm never nervous about starting a procedure. They gave me all the information I needed about fees and payment plans before they scheduled my treatment. I appreciated them giving me enough information to consider my options before paying for it. They had a huge selection of magazines in the waiting room. I was able to find some of my favorites and they kept me entertained while I was waiting for my appointment.

I don't think they have any qualifications! There definitely wasn't anything displayed. When I heard that they didn't have a TV for me to watch during my dental procedure, I thought I'd be able to read a magazine, but they didn't have those either. They really need to make more of an effort to entertain their patients during those long procedures. The parking situation at their office was ridiculous. I ended up having to pay for parking because there were no spots available near the office.
