No insurance company I have dealt with, dental or medical, charges someone up front before they bill your insurance company. I will not be using them again. They seemed to be money hungry. You should at least bill the insurance company to see what is covered and how much is covered. I would suggest anyone that uses them to check to make sure they are not billing you for service they didn't provide. This is for Davis Dental at Redbridge in Kansas City Mo. I will also be reporting this to my insurance carrier Cigna.

They didn't listen to anything I had to say! Whenever I tried to get a word in, they either interrupted me or cut me off before I could finish. I felt like they were just trying to make money off me because they kept pressuring me to get dental procedures that I know weren't necessary. They should've respected my decision. Their dental equipment definitely wasn't clean. It was obvious that they never sanitize it. The toothpaste that they used during my cleaning did not taste good at all. I couldn't wait to spit it out. They either didn't read my information or didn't pay any attention to it. Even though they had my information right in front of them, I kept having to explain it to them and remind them why I was there. HORRIBLE customer service is the only way to describe Davis Dental. After committing insurance fraud, charging me for a procedure, then billing my insurance, they banned me from returning after I requested a refund of my overpayment, THEN purposely broke my husband's partial. They have lied about conversations, which I was actually recording and have proof of the content of the conversation, then continued to harass me after filing a complaint with the Missouri Attorney General for the fraud. USE AT YOUR OWN RISK!!

Does this provider ever overbook appointments here?
Never! They have lots of business, but they do such a great job of never overbooking.
