In a way, the survey does not fit. Here was the problem: I waited fully 30 minutes Dr. Bender still had not appeared. Staff was unconcerned. They said he had taken in the patient before me & I was "next in line". No apology or acknowledgement of how long I had been waiting. I left after 30 minutes (who knows how long it would have been had I continued to wait?). I am looking for care elsewhere.

I didn't experience any unnecessary pain during my visit, and I was amazed at how much better I felt after I left. I was confident that they were using the latest treatment methods. I've never seen anyone who is more respected by their staff. The entire staff only had great things to say about working there, and it made me want to return all the more. They were by far one of the best I've ever seen in their field. It was obvious that they've been exceeding their clients' expectations for many years.

They always dress so professionally here, the entire staff obviously makes an effort to look their best and maintain a very professional appearance. I was completely at ease during my appointment here. They went to great lengths to make sure I was completely relaxed and comfortable the entire time. They always return my phone calls quickly. I always know that I'll get a prompt answer to my question. I don't know of anywhere else that would've taken better care of me. I had a great experience. They made sure that their qualifications were obvious. I was confident that I was under the care of a professional.
