While the dentist may be good, the office help is not!!! RUDE!!!

I visited this clinic 25 years ago for an emergency extraction & vowed to never go back there again. I was treated rudely, as if I was a distraction & a nuisance. Recently, I went with a relative for moral support. From the moment we walked through the front door, we were not even acknowledged & when we stood waiting at the reception desk, she just looked up at us as if we were bothering her. When we finally got in to see the dentist he was even worse. He tried to blame his handiwork, or lack thereof, on the patient & wouldn't admit that his work was less than. His bedside manner leaves alot to be desired, and he yelled loudly back to us as he was walking out of the room acting like it wasn't his problem. My family has worked with the public most of our lives & know what good customer service is & we take pride in a job well done. Obviously, they are just in it for the money & don't care how they treat people. Optimum key behaviors for good customer service is NOT what they practice at this facility & I would not recommend them to anyone, not even my worst enemy. Go somewhere else if you want good quality work & a warm friendly experience because you won't get it here. If I could leave '0' stars I would.

Would love to give Crowne Dental a NO star! Patty is the RUDEST receptionist ever! She makes the elderly wait an hour past their scheduled appointment & lets everyone after them go before! She needs to be FIRED ASAP! I wouldn't take my dog to this business! And Kari the dental tech is just as Rude as Patty! This business is forgetting who pays them! (The customers)! And then Dr. Austin does NOT stand behind his work! DO NOT GO TO CROWNE DENTAL!!!!! Bad business with horrible Employees! Bad experience, extremely Rude, was given the cold shoulder by all employees! No smiles, no one talks to you! You are nothing to all of the employees! The WORST business in the lake area!

Dr. Strickler has a very cavalier and aggressive manner (drilled and filled 4 teeth in less than 30 minutes) and in doing so ruined what had been a decent tooth. This resulted in protracted severe pain. I seriously question her skills. She handled my dissatisfaction with her care poorly.
