I've never met a more rude, ignorant, pompous excuse for a dentist in my life. After charging my patient 10K for tooth extraction and dentures, he tried to turn around and strong arm another 800 dollars to realign them a month and a half later because he didn't give any instructions on care or cleaning before we left his office. When I objected on behalf of my patient I was the victim of him attacking my character and sneaking back to my patient to see if he could get the name of my employer (I'm a privately contracted nurse who works directly for her patient and her patient's spouse) so he could call my work and try to cause problems with my ability to support my family. He boasted about the "craftsmanship" of dentures that weren't even two months old and could only function as a paperweight. Plenty of good dentists practice in the St Louis area, I suggest you find one of them who will treat you the right way with dignity and respect instead of this poor excuse for one. One who won't try to take advantage of someone with diminished mental capacity for his own financial gain.. Mr. Bozoian needs basic customer service training if he wants a successful practice. As a nurse it's my job to protect my patients from anything that would do them harm, I'm very proud of my standards of ethics, and I'm not going to stand beside a patient while I see them being taken advantage of by a dentist. This post will be posted to all message boards and search engine comment sections today as well.

Dr Steve has been my dentist for over 20 years, when my three sons lived with Dr Steve took care of them also.
He always explains what needs to be done and makes you feel comfortable with what he suggests along with the options that you have.
He is a great dentist and i recommend him to others

Absolutely

The entire staff were so well suited to a holistic approach. I felt completely at ease.

Was this provider's office too loud?
Way too loud! I could barely hear what anyone was saying over the noise

Definitely, they seemed irritated to work with anyone

Absolutely not! I constantly have to repeat and re-explain my situation!

I got lost, but eventually found it

Not at all! I had to schedule an appointment for absolutely everything!

I saw Dr.Bozoian a few times, he was very nice. There was a mistake on my insurance. I can have x-rays once a year and told the dental assistant. She assured me that I could be x-rayed on that date. I received a bill and called the office. The secretary I spoke with said,"You always had the option to shut your mouth." (she used to work for Delta Dental and Dr Bozian ask her to come back). I will never go back to that office. Why anyone would want someone like that working in the office, is a mystery.

Not at all! They were boring and outdated

No, but they said they were going to!
