Great dentist and staff. I felt comfortable for the first time in a long time while sitting in a dental chair!! My questions were answered and then some. I have seen all 3 of the dentists at Gentle Dental and like them all. I appreciated that they talked money with me before starting anything treatment-wise. They offer Care Credit and I was shocked at how quickly the application could be done and a decision received. All in all a good experience. Won't say that I can't wait to go back BUT I won't dread going back either!!

They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I never had to wait for them to show up. Their staff is very friendly and professional. The dentist and staff were so friendly and accommodating. I have never felt more welcome at a dental appointment! I couldn't believe how knowledgeable and well-informed the staff was. They were able to answer all my questions, except the ones they needed to have their boss's input on. It was great to be able to talk to such a skilled staff.
I admit to being a bit hesitant after reading some of the reviews on here, but I was referred by a close friend who had been going there for years. I really don't know why the negative reviews exist. This office exceeded all of my expectations and then some!!!!! Clean, attractive office. Friendly staff and Dr. Reasonable fees and financing alternatives.

Not really. I felt like an annoyance when I asked a question

Not at all. They closed early even though they knew I needed help

Definitely! They spent extra time to make sure they didn't miss anything

Absolutely! I'm very confident they have my best interest in mind
Does this provider leave you on hold for a long time when you call?
Never! I don't think I've ever been put on hold here for a long time
Does this provider maintain a professional appearance?
Absolutely! You can tell that he/she really makes an effort to look professional
Did you experience unnecessary pain during your visit?
Not one bit! I felt much better when I left!

Not really, it wasn't as clean as I hoped it would be

HE ignored my questions and my appointment seemed rushed. Their staff was friendly enough, but they didn't go out of their way to help me. It is NOT their fault. He runs the place like a camp. His way or the Hwy. I have been going there for years but our current ECONOMY changes everyone. EVEN DR. VESPA. I feel like my appointment was pointless. None of my questions were answered, nothing was accomplished, and I felt worse when I left. I would never visit HIM again. I was very disappointed. I felt very rushed. HE barely spent two minutes with me and almost completely ignored me. My 2 teeth are infected and HE WANTED TO PULL THEM ANYWAYS! I CAN'T EVEN TOUCH IT AND HE WANTS TO YANK BOTH OF THEM OUT OF MY MOUTH. Money is obviously more important then the patient. OBVIOUSLY. He never even asked for a full medical history on me! The whole process is a disgrace to his profession.

I have already warned everyone I know not to go here. See a different dentist unless you want a horrible experience. I didn't have to wait at all after I arrived for my appointment. They were running right on time, which is a really big deal for me. Whenever I've visited their office, it's always smelled really bad. They really need to clean or sterilize the office more. I feel like my appointment was pointless. None of my questions were answered, nothing was accomplished, and I felt worse when I left. Not only did I experience excessive oral pain after my appointment, it took me a long time to recover. If I had known how much pain I was going to be in after my appointment, I wouldn't have gone.

No, They definitely believe in quality over quantity and allow more than enough time in between appointments

Yes
