I didn't experience any unnecessary pain during my visit, and I was amazed at how much better I felt after I left. I didn't wait long at all. The staff is very friendly. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to. Just as a side note, this business is really conveniently located and is close to everything. It is right off and freeway and close to all kinds of shops. I will absolutely return. I had an amazing experience, and they were by far the best I've ever seen. Their primary concern is you the patient, and your comfort. I was amazed how much time Sara Mahaffey took with my son, she really made my 6 year old son feel comfortable.They always take the time to address every concern of mine and explain my options for the best dental result for myself or my child.

They are a wonderful group of professionals.. I never had to doubt their qualifications. They made their credentials completely obvious, which made me feel a lot safer. I was amazed at how wonderfully they treated each of their staff members. They were so appreciative and thankful. I've never seen any employer treat their staff better, and it made me want to come back that much more. Not only did they give me a local anesthetic to make sure I didn't feel any pain during my procedure, they paused every few minutes to make sure I was still comfortable and okay. I felt like they really cared about me.

He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me.

They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else. The restrooms at this office were spotless. It smelled amazing in there and looked immaculate. They put in the extra effort to make me feel valued and important. It is obvious that their office is cleaned regularly. It was fantastic.
