This office refused a referral by another dentist to extract an abscessed tooth which is a serious issue if left untreated. They did not even schedule a visit to assess the situation. They flat out refused to treat. Why? Because the insurance is Medica and they pay at a lower rate, perhaps? Maybe. The excuse the business manager gave is...the fact that you live an hour away is the issue. They will only treat local patients. Anyone ever heard of this ludicrous, unprofessional reason to refuse to treat? What happened to a doctors oath? Was the reason really related to the distance the patient would be required to drive or is it, in fact, the lower paying Medica insurance. I wonder.

I hadn't been to a dentist for a number of years due to the needle phobia, and when I started to have issues with a couple of extra teeth that decided to move around, they were very understanding and patient. They allowed me to have my anxiety attack and encouraged me to follow through with the procedure. All went well and I am very happy with the results. I have since had other work done and am not to concerned with the needle phobia.

I would not recommend going here to anyone! The office staff is cold and made me feel like they were just a butcher shop, Especially the Dr. I had a oroblem after surgery so I had to come back this seem to make everyone there quite upset like I was wasting there time! The dr. Just came at me with a knife an a file and never gave me a shot I just started crying. He didn't really care. I was in pain for weeks I needed a refill on the pin meds and they were extremely rude to me and made me feel like I was lying about how much pain I was in.. I give this place zero stars Do No Go here

Blue stone staff was friendly and helpful, except there billing department. They were rude and did not help at all. We called to try and set up a payment plan due to us not being able to afford the bill in full. They would not work with us. It is very sad and disappointing that our bill might now go to collections due to them not being willing to help us out. We had full intention on paying the bill but they would not give us any room. I'm disappointed in them. The lady in billing was rude to me and basically told me that there was nothing she could do to work with us. She made me feel inferior due to out financial abilities.
