They always make sure to return my phone call as soon as possible. They've never left me waiting. They were so nice and professional and even called me to remind me about my upcoming appointment. I never have to worry about them overbooking appointments. They definitely believe in quality over quantity here and it is much appreciated. I thought the staff was amazing; they were so friendly and helpful, and made sure I felt welcome there. The restrooms were very well-stocked at this provider's office. They always have toilet seat covers, paper towels and toilet paper and never run out.

They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I never had to wait for them to show up. They were easy to reach in an emergency. When I called they answered right away and I was so relieved to hear a friendly voice. Everything they told me in the beginning ended up turning out exactly the way they said it would. They were able to provide me everything they promised me. I've never doubted their abilities. Although I was hoping to be able to watch my favorite show during my dental procedure, they had plenty of magazines for me to look through. My procedure flew by because I had something to distract me the entire time. I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to.

I have already warned everyone I know not to go here. See a different dentist unless you want a horrible experience. I was completely UNsatisfied with my visit. I received horrible service that was rushed. My mouth will never be the same and Metro Dentalcare has made no attempt to return my money nor solve the problems.
It has taken 4 visits with a new dentist to even make my mouth tolerable again. I've spend so much time and money to fix the terrible job done by their dentist.
DON'T GO THERE!
