Dr.Hard-Way is a cold, money-grubbing, incompetent BUSINESS - nothing more and nothing less! Staff change CONSTANTLY and complain to patients. I had 3 surgical procedures which have very uneven, jagged, puckered scarring. I have nothing similar from 2 previous procedures with another surgeon! At Hard-Way's, I also had a procedure where an untrained nurse burned me with an instrument. I was refused a refund tho and was visibly injured by their incompetence. After following up the office manager Laura claimed to have sent me a refund but couldn't produce cancelled check. I strongly recommend NOT going to Dr. Hard-Way under any circumstances!! They make it clear that money is their primary aim and not a patient satisfaction.

Wonderful experience with Dr. Hardaway and her staff members! Very happy with results. Had liposuction done and have lost so many inches!! Can wear my pencil skirts once again! Love my new contoured hour glass shape!! Thank you Dr. Hardaway! I have already referred my friends to you!!

They've never dismissed any of my concerns as unimportant, and take every concern of mine very seriously. It was very easy to get an appointment. They have a very flexible schedule and get me in quickly every time. I didn't have to wait at all after I arrived for my appointment. They were running right on time, which is a really big deal for me. I don't know of anywhere else that would've taken better care of me. I had a great experience.
