Although the service my child received was exceptional it seems the only goal of this office is to get your money or money from the insurance. My son had been going to see Dr. Greg for over 10 years and his file was closed because we did not get him in within 12 months of the last visit. We were at 13 months and we received a letter stating they were closing his file and he could not come back. My son is a special needs child and anyone who claims to care about children would know how hard it is for your child to feel comfortable in stressful situations. Dr. Gregg did a great job of making my son comfortable and wanting to go to the dentist. However, being we never received a reminder card in the mail and did not make contact with them within the 12 months (we were at 13 months) they kicked my son out. I called and tried to explain my sons uniqueness and was told too bad they wont see him! So be very careful when chosing a pediatric dentist for your children as it seems this place is only out for the money!
