Lack of care for patient and incompetent service. Had a brace reworked and the orthodontist had someone else complete the work and it was loose and created a gap. Then several months later the brace came off and they want to charge another $300, after the $425 that was paid. They said the bap was not their fault. I do not recommend this service, beware.

I was amazed at how flexible their financing options were. They were more than willing to work with me, and I ended up having to pay a lot less than I expected. As soon as I walked through the door, I was immediately greeted by the friendly staff. They went out of their way to make me feel special and appreciated. Not only were they able to provide everything they promised me, they went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations.

I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. I've seen client favoritism at some of the other places I've been, and I really appreciate the extra effort they make to avoid that here. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better.
