Following my husband's Lithotripsey, the doctor left the hospital before my husband was out of anesthesia, gave us no opportunity to ask questions, and felt confrontational when calling to address our concerns the next day. I had to do much of my own research regarding kidney stones, post-procedure symptoms, and what passing a kidney stone entailed. I did not find their staff friendly, they were hard to reach, and not good at returning calls. We are currently searching for a new urologist.

I love how much attention to detail they show. They are always so careful and meticulous. I never have to worry about them making a mistake or forgetting something. I never had to doubt their qualifications. They made their credentials completely obvious, which made me feel a lot safer. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future.
