During my 10+years of seeing Dr Drew..none of his painful in office treatments helped me and after one of the injections I had to be admitted in the hospital for 5 days.The pain medication treatment took the edge off but when the so called "opium epedemic" started..he took me off all of the medication.. even tho I had never failed one of the urine tests. He basically gave up on me. I asked him what do I do now..he replied to wait for stem cell research. I asked where do I go for that..he replied Europe. I left in tears.. since then my back has gotten worse..I am barely mobile..so now im very stiff when I move..Ive gained weight from just being able to sit..and I lost my independance.. People have to come care for me.This all happened a little over a year ago. And there have been countless times that Ive had to wait in the waiting room for hours. Im happy to say Ive found a new doctor..one that seems to care and actually listens to his patients.

This doctor performed a procedure on me that left me going to the ER the night of the procedure. I was advised by the ER to follow up with him the next day and I basically had to insist to be seen and when I was this was a TOTALLY different man than the one doing the procedure the day before. He appeared to be irritated that I was experiencing pain and complications and informed me in an exam room without even examining me, that if I couldn't stop crying ~ he wasn't going to be able to help me. Even though the reason I was so upset is because every word out of his mouth was that he wasn't going to be able to help me with the acute pain I was experiencing. I felt like he had his $25000 for the procedure and was done with me...

Not at all! They were happy to address every concern I had

Extremely easy, and close to the entrance

Completely!
Does this provider maintain a professional appearance?
Absolutely! You can tell that he/she really makes an effort to look professional

Extremely comfortable; I could have fallen asleep

Definitely! They always remember me and make me feel important!

Fairly Easy

Very! I've never seen an employer treat their staff better

Yes, it was convenient

Absolutely not! I was seen right away!

No, they could have used some continuing education

I had to wait for a little while.

Never, they are very reliable.

Yes

No, there was no annoying music

Yes, they were informing me of new advancements that were extremely recent
