Did this dentist give you your invoice promptly?
Absolutely! They gave me my invoice before I had even asked for one
Did your gums bleed excessively after your appointment?
Not at all! They were very gentle and careful
Were you able to watch TV during your dental procedure?
No, but I was able to read a magazine
Has this provider ever cancelled your appointment on you last minute?
Never, they are very reliable.
Is this provider willing to pursue advice from other providers when necessary?
Absolutely! They aren't arrogant at all and are more than willing to pursue advice when necessary

As a 60 year old who had a silly loyalty bond to a life-long former dental office, I feel the need to praise my new Norwood Dental Clinic and only wish I'd have found them years ago.

The very professional, up-beat and friendly staff make a not so fun experience soooo much better. It seems as though personal and caring attention isn't always there anymore in too many professions.

I have been extremely pleased with every aspect of my visits to Norwood Dental and would highly recommend them to everyone! In fact, I already have!

Dr. Ross and his staff are the most proficient and friendly people I have dealt with in the dental industry. I am a nervous patient and they were very understanding and explained everything as they were working. Everyone is competent at their jobs and they work very well together as a team. I recently moved to a new area and although my care here was good it in no way compared to the care I received at Norwood Dental. I highly recommend this dental clinic.

Their prices were very fair. The level of care you get for the price is outstanding. I'm always amazed at how considerate and concerned they are for my well-being. Their advice is always wonderful and completely unbiased. I loved that they let me rinse my mouth every few minutes during my procedure. It's always uncomfortable trying to sit through an entire procedure without being able to rinse or relax your jaw for a minute. They almost always have a promotion or special going on. Whether its a complimentary consultation for new clients or a percent-off a certain service. Dr. Ross and his team are very friendly and professional!!
