This place doesn't seem normal. It's conveniently located for me, however not worth it. The cleaning consisted of a new grad who took 10 minutes to clean my teeth, claiming a lacked of build-up. (Note: Went back to my prior dental clinic 6 months later and prior clinic had plenty to scrape and told me to not wait so long in between cleanings.) The floss they used kept falling apart and was from those tiny, free samples they apparently use for themselves instead of hand out. The dentist literally ran between patients in chairs and you can hear everyone's business and see the lack of care given to them. Overbilled me and it took time and multiple requests to get my money back because they wanted to keep it for future appointments. Nope! Just nope.

Poor dentistry work. Crown didn't fit. Appointment was rushed. Crown fell off soon after. Got blamed for it. This clown does shoddy work and charged a lot for it. I hope this dentist gets the same medical care he gives others. I highly recommend going elsewhere, anywhere, if you like your teeth and want to keep them.

After being a patient of this provider for 20 years and spending tens of thousands of dollars with them, they decided to charge me $50 after I missed one appointment. This from a dentist for whom I changed appointment dates and even had one appointment where the hygienist was the only person who saw me due to the dentist being out of the office.
Lakeland dental is a one way street leading straight to the dentist's pockets. I would avoid this provider.
