They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. I've been to one or two places that had a really bad smell. I was worried I would encounter it here too but I didn't notice anything. They keep the restrooms well-stocked here, and not just with the basics. There is mouthwash, lotion and other amenities. You can tell they want their clients to be as comfortable as possible. They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else. They were one of the kindest, most caring staff I've ever dealt with. It didn't matter how many times I called with a question or concern, they were always happy to help me.

I had moved into the Staples area after getting married this last year and did not have a dental provider. I am a disabled veteran and had veterans medical insurance but not dental insurance and I had very severe tooth pain.I had a very difficult time finding a dentist that would set up payment plans or that I could get into in my area and I called several offices and when calling here their staff was immediately very friendly worked me in right away the same day. As soon as I got there they were very kind and made me very comfortable the Dr was very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions and concerns very well in a compassionate way. He was also very gentle and very quick. I had pretty much no pain thru it and definently felt right away I was in good hands and had came to the right person. He explained everything thoroughly that they would do and everything went painlessly and smoothly. I would definently recommend them to others.I saw Dr.Peterson on my visit there.

Friendly staff and Dr.'s. Everyone makes you feel very comfortable. Also very professional. Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable. Before they even scheduled my treatment, they went over in detail all their different payment plans and exactly how much my procedure would cost. It was nice knowing exactly how much I was going to have to pay beforehand. I'm always amazed at how considerate and concerned they are for my well-being. Their advice is always wonderful and completely unbiased.

Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. Their office was one of the quietest, most peaceful places I've ever visited. I was able to relax very easily. I've never seen anyone who is more respected by their staff. The entire staff only had great things to say about working there, and it made me want to return all the more. The waiting area here is extremely spacious. There is never overcrowding and everything is spaced appropriately. They've never rushed my teeth cleaning. They always go above and beyond to make sure my teeth look and feel fantastic.

As soon as I walked through the door, I was immediately greeted by the friendly staff. They went out of their way to make me feel special and appreciated. Every time I come here they always remember me by name and greet me as soon as I walk in the door, even if it's been months since my last appointment. They are so thoughtful and amazingly sweet, I just love this place. It's really important to me to have a comfortable chair to sit in during my dental procedure, and their chairs were very comfortable. It was nice to be able to be comfortable during my entire procedure. They never left me for an extended period of time and I never felt ignored.

Takes weeks to get an appointment. Not very good chair side manners from any of the Dentists there.
