Dr Mike is a great dentist, I have been a patient for six or more years but he really shines when he is fixing my 97 year old mother in law. She did not want to go to a dentist but once we convinced her to try Dr. Mike, she looked forward to her appointments.

Not at all, they were one of the kindest, most attentive individuals I've ever met

I did not feel like this was a great place to visit. First thing that upset me was when my husband presented there they sent a treatment plan home with him. Working in the industry I called the office and asked that they split this plan up, since it was October, do up to what is covered (usually $1000) in October and then we will wait till January to complete the rest. She totally understood had no problem with that and would make sure that he was scheduled properly. I started seeing bills coming in the mail and my husband said he owed over $2000 dollars, after looking over them they did not listen and did all the work at once leaving him with an enormous bill and when we called on this they were only sorry that it had happened but there was nothing they could do about it now.
Then at my next visit the dentist scolded me in front of my child and said I could learn a lesson from him on proper hygiene. Because I had a cavitiy. When I came back to get my cavity filled which I did complain he apologized saying he was having a bad day..not ok in my book to speak to someone like that.
Watch out when you go in to this office, a real dental office would have offered to split up his visits with it being so close to the end of the year and knowing how expensive it would be if they didn't. I requested it and they still didn't do it.
Plus if you are not PERFECT at dental hygiene the dentist will belittle you.

Not at all, they always make an extra effort to make sure I'm comfortable

Not at all! They always try to get me in as soon as possible

Definitely! They had one of the brightest smiles I've ever seen!
