They answered most of my questions but I could have used more information. Their staff is very friendly and professional. They didn't help me as much as I was hoping and didn't answer all my questions. After determining I had a cracked tooth, they couldn't get me in to fix it for 4 weeks and the pain became worst in the mean time. Not only did they forget I was on their cancellation list after I called back to try and get in right away again, they wanted me to come in again to reafirm what they found the first time I was there 2 weeks prior. Nice people, but way to busy to get the proper help you need in a timely fashion. If you high a high threshold for pain and can wait a month to get proper treatment, this is a great place to go. Unfotunately, I like to get worked on immediately after diagnosis.

They are an absolute expert in the field. I would never feel unsafe or apprehensive in their care. They explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan. Not only were they able to provide everything they promised me, they went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations. They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows.

Their primary concern is my safety and comfort, and they always take the time to address every concern of mine immediately. They always explain every aspect of my dental procedures to me. I never have to worry. I did experience some pain that I felt could have been avoided, but it wasn't too bad. They were easy to reach in an emergency. When I called they answered right away and I was so relieved to hear a friendly voice.
