Their staff was not that friendly, and didn't go out of their way to make me feel welcome. The blonde lady is always crabby. I definitely think that I could have gotten more friendly service somewhere else. It smells semi-bad in their office. They need an air purifier.

Not really. I had to schedule an appointment for most of my questions.
