I left my former dentist because they were being pushy with what they wanted done with my teeth. I got two second opinions and found out that I definately needed to leave my previous dentist. I came here and I couldn't be happier with them. Excellent staff, excellent technology. Friendly as can be. I'll be a lifelong customer

Dr Jordan, Heather and other staff are friendly, super competent, caring and calming in situations that are sometimes unnerving. I have used Dr. Jordan while raising my children and now in my "senior years" I still find that there is nobody better.

Have used West River Dental for the last 10 years. Their dental care has ALWAYS been wonderful. Even to repairing a broken appliance on Christmas eve and again on short notice as I was enroute home from a trip. Dr. Jordan is very skilled and considerate as is his entire staff. Their facility is top notch. No one likes to go to the dentist, but West River Dental makes the trip as pleasant as possible. GREAT FOLKS!

Excellent!! I have high anxiety when it comes to the denist. Dr. Runyan was awesome, very gentle and I didn’t feel any pain.

It is a nice facility however they need to work on their over the phone quotes. I was quoted one price, charged another (for exactly what I went in for, one exam and an X-RAY of a single molar). I'm not sure how they justified that, but when calling them they made an excuse that they just "don't know" which is poor customer service of you ask me. I would never tell a customer a price without being sure that it is what they will be paying for. Bad on the doctors who own the practice.
Staff was friendly and nice sitting room and exam rooms.
