They took the time to explain in detail plenty of techniques I could practice at home to prevent cavities and tooth decay. They always make sure to return my phone call as soon as possible. They've never left me waiting. The dentist and staff were so friendly and accommodating. I have never felt more welcome at a dental appointment! The staff really knows what they're doing, and they know a lot about the company they work for. They're able to answer most of my questions, and the only ones they don't are the ones they need their boss's approval for. They almost always have a promotion or special going on. Whether its a complimentary consultation for new clients or a percent-off a certain service, I always get some sort of discount.

It was so nice to arrive and see many fully qualified staff members. I've gone to some places that were very understaffed and I've never had a good experience. This place had a great staff though, and I'll definitely be going back. The restrooms at this provider's office were clean and well-maintained. You could tell that they cleaned them regularly. They explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan. They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else. They answered my questions and spent a lot of time with me. I didn't feel like they were trying to rush my appointment at all.

Absolutely not! I was seen right away!

No, if they had music on it was very soothing

No, my decisions were always respected

Not really, I was given a couple tips but not very many

Not at all! They were always present and attentive
