When I told them that I wanted to get a second opinion, they didn't get upset at all. Their reaction gave me even more confidence that they had my child's best interest at heart. It was fantastic to be able to breathe freely the entire time. They've stayed open past their closing times many times when I've needed help. They've never turned me away when I've needed them. They really go above and beyond to make me feel special. I've never been anywhere that seems to care more about their clients than here.

The waiting area here is extremely spacious. There is never overcrowding and everything is spaced appropriately. One of the first things I noticed about this business was the level of detail and attention to make the building handicap-accessible. Even the bathrooms were designed to be accessible with doors wide enough to accommodate wheelchairs and grab bars in the stalls. You could tell they really made an effort to accommodate people with all different needs. All the parents in my community respect them, and recommended that I bring my child there. I felt that they really valued my health and happiness because they followed up even after my appointment just to check up on me. It was such a nice gesture that made a huge difference.
