I had to wait a few weeks to get an appointment but I eventually got in. Once I got there I waited over 2hrs for my children to be seen an there wasnt any other patients even there, an theres no literature there either, every time I went same thing. The staff was completely rude to me an my children they constantly yelled at them literally i was waiting for one of em to try an spank my kids who are only 3 & 4yr old boys and a 10month old girl but instead they kept trying to put them in timeout.Seriously? They answered no questions an acted like everything was an inconvience. I was having behavior problems with my boys so I took them in for advice thats when so called doctor alhuessin yelled at my son repeatedly while making my other son go out to the waiting room alone were the nurses kept yelling at my baby then Dr al.huesin did nothing but write me a bottle of benadryl an said dont worry its the biggest bottle u can get an to give it to my boys every time they act out.Then as I asked questions he walked out of the room, so as I walked out crying due to being overwelmed by my sons behavior an getting no help or advice once again the big tall nurse with the accent then told me I cant bring all 3 of my children back to their office together again bring them each individually or I wont be seen there behavior is ridiculous!! This practice should be shutdown and a lawsuit should be filed against them which I will be looking in to.Then The doctor wont even talk to you when u call after hours he just relays a message "go to hospital" are you kidding me? AVOID THIS PLACE!!! P.S I was never rude or disrespectful an should not have been treated this way nor should my children

Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable. They explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan. They were so kind and attentive to me. I didn't have to worry about them arguing with me, or contradicting what I had to say, which has been a problem for me at other places. They never have that typical, annoying music playing here. If they do play music it is soothing and appropriate for the setting. I trust them over any other doctor I've ever been to. I'm never unsure of their motives, and I've never doubted that they've always had my child's best interest at heart.

Definitely! I saw it as soon as I walked in!
Did this provider ever take personal phone calls while in the appointment room with you?
He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me.
