It was very clear that they didn't take pride in their office's appearance. In fact, the office was disgusting. They consistently dismiss my concerns and accuse me of making problems up. I don't trust them to ever actually look into my concerns and see if they're valid. Normally when I visit the dentist, I would expect to be able to tell that the dentist practiced good oral hygiene, but I definitely didn't see that here. I don't think they even brushed their teeth, it was gross. It was pretty hard to find the building, but I eventually found it.
