My regular dentist of almost 30 years recently joined this clinic. His services remain top notch, but the office and hygenist services at this clinic really stink.
I had an appointment for 3:00 pm to have my teeth cleaned, and arrived 15 minutes early. Someone else walzed in a few minutes behind me, and said he had an appointment with my dentist for 3:00pm. He was shown right in. I was made to wait for 30 more minutes. While waiting, another patient came in to complain about a front tooth crown on his son that made one of his front teeth 2mm shorter than the other. When he tried to pay his bill, they didn't know how to run his credit card. When I finally got to the room with the hygenist, she didn't know how to operate the portable nitrous machine. Six months ago when I first went to this clinic, the same thing happened. 10 minutes later she had just started cleaning my teeth when another hygenist came in and said she needed the nitrous machine. Apparently there had been a scheduling mix-up. I told them I would schedule my appointment for a different time, and left. Now I will have to go through the whole pre-appointment medication routine again.
