I never have to worry about them overbooking appointments. They definitely believe in quality over quantity here and it is much appreciated. I’ve been to some other psychiatrists that really rushed my appointment, but they didn’t do that here at all. I was able to take as much time as I needed. They make an extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need. They always remember me and make me feel very important. They always go out of their way to make me feel encouraged and cared for. I always feel completely comfortable and I look forward to my appointments.

Not only was I dissatisfied with my visit, I ended up leaving with more problems than I had when I came. They made my situation even worse. They didn't give me advice that would benefit me at all. They only cared about what would make them the most money. During my consultation, they left me unattended for quite awhile. I'm not sure if they were attending to personal matters or something else, but I felt very ignored.

Absolutely! They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen

I would never recommend her to anyone. She was terrible. Where to begiin? First the appointment setter gave us a one hour time slot neglecting to tell me that it would be a 4 hour appointment! Second, they convenintly failed to mention that they do not participate in health insurance and payment of $300!!! was required (of course they waited till the end of the four hour nightmare)Third She asked questions about my extended family for a pointless amount of time and then failed to ask about my actual immediate kids and then kept asking about people using wrong names and needing to stop to review her notes before getting them correct. Fourth, when my husband questioned the billing she became irate and as we left threatened to call adult protective services on him for showing frustration. Although the only person showing dangerous anger was the doctor. Fifth, in the session she lied to me about her working relationship with my therapist, stating she was close friends with her and that they discussed me in detail, meanwhile the therapist tells me shes never worked with her before. Sixth, the women works out of her home and the help has no offices wo they literally plod through patient paperwork on the floor in the waiting/family room. Seventh, if you have allergies BEWARE!!! cause the doctor has 6 cats! yep thats what I said 6 cats!!! This doctor should by everyone!
