Dr. Ford is very caring, concerned, and intelligent. I like that her ofice is in her home, as it made me feel comfortable and relaxed. She has appointment times during the day, 2 evenings of the week, and even works Sundays. I found that the Sunday appointments fit into my schedule particularly well. She has a receptionist who is highly qualified. When I talk to Dr. Ford, she is an excellent listener. She surprises me when she remembers something i told her long ago. She also amazes me that she "knows" the important people in my life and rarely has to ask for names-again she remembers the details. I would highly recommend her. Be prepared to pay for the services at the time of the visit, but you will be given an itemized invoice which you can then decide whether or not to send to your insurance company for reimbursement. This was explained to me when I first called for an appointment and was told that they could help me with the forms if I needed. I thought I might need the help, but it was a snap.

All the time, and they usually don't notify me until right before my scheduled appointment

Definitely not! It was obvious they just wanted to make money!

They cancel on me all the time.

The worst I have seen

Yes! They took a personal call right in front of me. I found it to be incredibly rude.

Does this provider ever overbook appointments here?
All the time! the waiting rooms are always packed and It seems as if they are more concerned about quantity over quality
Did this psychiatrist give you undivided attention?
Not at all! They barely listened to a word I said
Did a staff member acknowledge or greet you when you entered?
Not at all. They saw me but didn't greet me at all
Was it easy to find parking at this provider's office?
Not really, but I found a spot

No. I didn't trust their motives.

No. It took me several times to get through.

No, it was rather cramped

No, They definitely believe in quality over quantity and allow more than enough time in between appointments

Absolutely! I'm better than I've ever been

Absolutely! They aren't arrogant at all and are more than willing to pursue advice when necessary

Absolutely! I knew I was being cared for by an expert!
