The chairs in their waiting room were definitely above average. I was comfortable. They always made sure that I wasn't in any pain. If I were in some kind of an emergency I'd go back. Otherwise, I'm going to look for something better. Every time I'm put on hold here I have to wait quite a while for them to get back to the call. Although I have had to wait longer at other places, I was still pretty unimpressed with their phone etiquette. Apparently they haven't ever heard of the saying "the customer's always right" here. Having a high level of customer service doesn't appear to be their top priority.
