They definitely pressured me to buy products. I felt like they were just trying to make money off me. I wasn't able to rinse my mouth during my procedure at all, and it was getting hard to breathe. I was mildly frustrated that very few of my questions got answered. I really needed to know a lot more than what I got out of that appointment. They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I never had to wait for them to show up.

I believe they pressure you to get dental treatments and procedures that profit them. As in any other business.
