Doctor Kacy at this office is wonderful love the dentist, hate the staff.. Front desk is horrible, rude. Billing is the worst I have ever seen! Send you nasty letters before they even send the bill to insuance company. Everyone at front desk does the billing so it is completely messed up. Get into the 20th century get a billing department that knows what they are doing! Train your staff to be compassionate or get out of the medical field. It's a shame that our whole family loves this dentist. Looking for a new one!

Absolutely! They explained everything in detail and made sure I understood before my procedure

Yes

Yes, they called me a few days before my appointment

I have never had a problem with the dental work done at their office, but the front desk staff is terrible. They gave me a hard time about rebilling my husbands insurance when THEY were the ones who had made the error. When I let them know of the error they were very rude. When we moved out of state we had a very difficult time getting our xrays! We still haven't received them and I requested them over a month ago. Good customer service is just as important as good treatment. Save your business for people who appreciate their patients!
