I would highly recommend this orthopedic surgeon to family and friends. He has done my shoulder surgery as well as a total knee replacement. I am not looking for a surgeon to coddle me and hold my hand but rather treat me and get me back to a quality of life before an injury. Staff are compassionate and friendly!

Dr. Drayer knows a lot, but is also VERY arrogant. He treats his patients rudely, and is quite condescending. I will NEVER visit his office again. He really seems to think that he is better than everyone else and treats others in such a manner. He is cold and rude.

Whenever I have a question, even if it's very basic, they always make me schedule an appointment, which is extremely frustrating. They were far to arrogant to get any sort of outside advice, even though they knew they should. I was hoping to see someone that considered my safety more important than always having an answer. I was hoping that they would be sympathetic to my situation and understand where I was coming from. Instead, they made it completely obvious that they didn't care about me or what I had been through. Everything they originally told me they would be able to do for me, they ended up not being able to do. I felt lied to.
