I was glad that they were located in a safe neighborhood. It was very noticeable that they practiced good oral hygiene themselves. If it wasn't obvious I probably would've doubted that they were any good, but I could tell right away. Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable. They explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan. The doc is always honest and up-front about what treatment or procedure is best, and never seems to try to up-sell unnecessary procedures either. They made an extra effort to inspect my teeth very thoroughly. I am so happy my family has found these caring group of people, even if we drive a few extra miles!
