I feel like they go out of their way to accommodate my schedule. I always get the appointment time I want. They are VERY accomodating, they have both evening and Saturday appointments for working moms. I've never seen a dental office that cares about their patients more than they do. They've never pressured me to get dental procedures I don't need, and they always have my best interest in mind. When I arrived for my appointment I don't have to wait very long. The longest I have ever waited was about 20 minutes. I've been to other places where I had to wait forever after I arrived for my appointment, but not here. I was very impressed. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. I have rated another dentist on here, that has southfield and dearborn location, and their office does not compare( because of the hours). I wished I had found Dr Joseph first.

They never have that typical, annoying music playing here. If they do play music it is soothing and appropriate for the setting. It's always bugged me when other dentists' I've visited didn't take the time to really examine my teeth. I didn't encounter that here at all, they made an extra effort to inspect my teeth very thoroughly. The restrooms at this provider's office were clean and well-maintained. You could tell that they cleaned them regularly. I was completely at ease during my appointment here. They went to great lengths to make sure I was completely relaxed and comfortable the entire time.
