Don't call this provider if you're in a hurry. Every time I call I have to wait on hold forever. I think I got a gray hair the last time I was waiting. I was hoping that they would be sympathetic to my situation and understand where I was coming from. Instead, they made it completely obvious that they didn't care about me or what I had been through. They never made any effort to follow up with me after my visit and it made me feel very unimportant. I know they see a lot of patients, but when you say you're going to follow up, you should. There definitely appears to be a trend of overbooking clients here. The wait has gotten longer and longer from when I first started seeing them. Not only did I not receive any sample toothbrushes or toothpaste to take home, they rushed me out the door. It seemed like they couldn't wait for me to leave.

I was given a brief greeting when I walked through the door, but no one made any sort of effort to help me. I felt ignored. They were so nice and professional and even called me to remind me about my upcoming appointment. My teeth cleaning felt very rushed. I was disappointed that they didn't take the time to clean my teeth thoroughly. I knew that I was going to be in a little bit of pain after my appointment, it happens every time I go to the dentist. It wasn't excessive at all though, and it went away pretty quickly.
