No respect for patients time. Had to wait for a long time and no apologies.
did not answer my questions and did not seem very knowledgeable. I will never go to her even if my life depended on it.

Dr. Sharma has been my doctor for about 18 years. She's very good and is friendly. I wait for a bit usually, but not unreasonably. She's right down the street from my house. It's so nice to have a longtime patient-doctor relationship that you can count on.

Overly thorough --- this can never be a bad thing. Dr. Sharma is always beautifully dressed and gives you all the time you need, every time. Her staff has never once forgotten my name in 20 years. In the same way in which you would never judge a book by its cover, so should you never judge a doctor by their office. Dr. Sharma's office is in an older building, but so what? I'll take that older building any day of the week, since Dr. Sharma spends a LOT of time with me and never trusts to chance or time to get to the bottom of a problem. She is not a 7-minute doctor and never has been.

I don't feel like I can count on them to work with me until they find a solution for my situation. They always seem like they're going to give up on me. I wasn't very happy with how inconveniently located their business was because if I had known how long it would take me to get there I might have just gone somewhere else. It was really far from the freeway and other shopping centers. It's shocking how little they seem to care about customer service. From my experience It appears as if customers are never put first here. The staff is incredibly rude and seem to care more about themselves. I wasn't promptly notified about my test results nor did I ever get a call. I had to call them myself to get my results. They never take that extra step to make me feel special. I haven't ever felt that they care enough to get to know me and that I'm almost an irritation.
