I recently started going to this office when I had complications with birth control and my family doctor recommended seeing and OBGYN. I went in a couple months ago with severe pain and issues. I spoke with the dr. for 15 minutes when she proceeded to tell me that she had no idea what was going on with me and that she wanted to take a biopsy but I needed to wait 3 weeks or so because we wanted me to attempt to use Neosporin(if you can image how complicated that was). From confusion with this office I was 20 minutes late for my biopsy. was told that they needed to speak with the dr. to make sure we could still be seen she came back to tell me she could see me. We waited 40 minutes and the receptionist came back out to tell me dr. was on call and was no longer able to see me. So the 3 weeks I worried to make sure I didn't have a cancerous tumor, was now extended even longer. I was told I would get a call the next day and still did not receive anything. I called Monday to tell them they could forget it because I wasn't going to wait any longer. I went to another OBGYN, which ran test on me that day and found out I have such a bad infection I should have been on antibiotics weeks ago. Her office refused to send my records to this dr. So I called to get the issue resolved and the women was so rude it was completely unbelievable. I had explained my concerns and she told me that this was probably not the first time it had happened to me. She then wouldn't let me finish talking. I work in medicine to and no matter how many people I get addicted to pills I would never treat them the way these ladies treated me and my family. This office does not care about the health of their patients all they simply care about is making you another appointment and getting the money from the insurance.

I have been going to her for over five years. I admit, with my first pregnancy I didn't like her. My appointments lasted at minimum 2 hours and she was very short with me. I only stuck with her because she was close to my house( who wants to travel all the way to the hospital to see a doctor once those weekly visits hit?) and my pregnancy was fine so I didn't need to ask her any questions. My husband despised her and refused to go to any appointments with me. I kept her for my yearly physicals because again, everything is generally fine and my PC
P is male so why not have a women doing my checkup? With my second pregnancy I used her with every intention of getting a different OB once I did some checking around. From the first appointment with her it was a total night and day experience. I didn't even have time to sit down before I was being called back. She was very friendly and talkative. I ended up keeping her. She always answered all of my questions and when she asked if I wanted to be induced and I politely declined, she didn't try pressuring me. Overall...would I recommend her to a first time mom who needs lots of reassurance,wants a doctor who will talk their ear off, answer a million questions(even the frivolous ones) with a smile on their face...probably not. However, if you like doctors who are friendly but don't beat around the bush, has years of experience, has a very helpful staff...she's your lady.

They knocked before entering the exam room, which I found to be very professional. I would never return to this OBGYN and would absolutely never recommend them to others. I did experience some pain that I felt could have been avoided, but it wasn't too bad.

They never have that typical, annoying music playing here. If they do play music it is soothing and appropriate for the setting. I'm always amazed at how considerate and concerned they are for my well-being. Their advice is always wonderful and completely unbiased. Whatever cologne they were wearing was one of the best I've ever smelled. It made my experience that much more enjoyable. I don't think I have ever been put on hold here for a long time and am so impressed with how quickly all of my questions are answered. There's nothing worse than having to wait on hold for a half an hour just to get someone to talk to you.

No, They definitely believe in quality over quantity and allow more than enough time in between appointments

One thing I don't like, is that I can't be confident that they'll work with me until they find the best solution for me. I'm always worried they're going to just settle with a solution that works. They were extremely argumentative and became angry very easily. I was trying to explain my situation and they just contradicted everything I was saying before I could finish. The magazines in their waiting room were so boring. It made my time in the waiting room drag. It's shocking how little they seem to care about customer service. From my experience It appears as if customers are never put first here. The staff is incredibly rude and seem to care more about themselves.

The ladies in the office are great, very helpful with questions and generally nice. I would not go back to see Dr. Jue again. I had some complications with my pregnancy which required me to see a perinatologist (was very unhappy with them as well). I had numerous hospital stays while pregnant due to the complications and recieved more information and standard procedure information from the residents at the hospital and the Dr. which was covering for her while she was gone. I asked questions during my appointments and never got any answers, only a response of "we don't know" no information was ever given to me, decisions were made and I was never informed things just happened. I was very irritated because it was as though we were intentionally left in the dark or no one felt the need to inform us. Next preganancy I will be seeing the on call Dr. that I met in the hospital, he was great and spent 40 minutes with me explaining everything and asked multiple times if I had any other questions.
