Their office was well organized and clean. I could tell they took a lot of time making sure it was presentable. I've never seen anyone who is more respected by their staff. The entire staff only had great things to say about working there, and it made me want to return all the more. I really felt comfortable and secure in their care. The equipment was safe and well taken care of and appeared to be pretty sophisticated. They were one of the kindest, most caring staff I've ever dealt with. It didn't matter how many times I called with a question or concern, they were always happy to help me. Nurse Val Shedd was so caring and really listened to me.

They have a very good professional reputation. I know that I'm under the care of an expert. I was very satisfied with my visit. They were helpful and I left feeling encouraged. They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. The waiting area here is extremely spacious. There is never overcrowding and everything is spaced appropriately. I don't think I have ever been put on hold here for a long time and am so impressed with how quickly all of my questions are answered. There's nothing worse than having to wait on hold for a half an hour just to get someone to talk to you.

They've stayed open past their closing times many times when I've needed help. They've never turned me away when I've needed them. Whenever I make an appointment, I'm always confident that they're going to be ready for me at my scheduled time. At other places I've been to, it's always bothered me when they postpone my appointment, but they've never done that here. This provider sometimes has promotions going on but only if you ask. You really have to look hard to find coupons. There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking.
