My whole family has been going to Dr. McKay for over a decade. He and his staff are quite friendly, very personable, and family oriented. Our children are not scared of the dentist because of Dr. McKay and are actually excited to go everytime. The receptionist remembers everyone's name.

Our family moved to Virgina, I fired 3 dentists in the time we lived there, and then moved back to Michigan with delight as we got our family dentist back. Best of all, he won't encourage procedures to make a buck. He only does what he thinks is best for you and will not push something you don't want to do, because it's your teeth!

They explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan. Their office was one of the quietest, most peaceful places I've ever visited. I was able to relax very easily. It was really nice of them to make sure that the water they used to rinse my mouth was at a comfortable temperature. In fact, it was the perfect temperature. I really appreciated them making that extra effort to make me comfortable. They really go above and beyond to make me feel special. I've never been anywhere that seems to care more about their clients than here.

Never! They have lots of business, but they do such a great job of never overbooking.

Definitely! They spent extra time to make sure they didn't miss anything

Definitely! I saw it as soon as I walked in!
