They were one of the kindest, most caring staff I've ever dealt with. It didn't matter how many times I called with a question or concern, they were always happy to help me. I didn't say the office smelled "fantastic" as the survey askes because I think that is corny - however, I also work in a doctors office and their office smelled normal. They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. My mom, had a strokes and craniotomies out of state I have dealt with MANY doctors, hospitals, therapies, rehabs, over the last several months. Dr. Olson and his PA, Christine are far and away top professionals and I would highly recommend them. The office staff is always friendly and helpful. One of the best office/physicians offices I have encountered.
