I had to wait 90 mins in the lobby, then I waited 30 mins in my room. I went to the front desk to inquire what was taking so long and all the lights were off and staff gone out to lunch! When the Dr. finally came, he was rude, unprofessional and very demeaning. He referred me to alternative treatment, acted like he didn't want to be bothered.
