They were very polite and helpful and made sure that I had everything I needed. I trust them to only recommend dental procedures I actually need. I know they care more about my health than they do about making money. I had to wait for a little while after I arrived for my appointment, but I've had to wait longer at other places. I love how much attention to detail they show. They are always so careful and meticulous. I never have to worry about them making a mistake or forgetting something.

I wasn't told anything about my dental procedure. I'll have to do my own research. My calls were answered promptly. I was not put on hold for a long time. I won't have to wait a half hour through terrible music to get it answered...just to be called back to the examining room. Based on my experience, I wouldn't recommend them to my friends or family. The office staff seemed completely unorganized and incompetent. My x-rays were misplaced, my preregistration paperwork was a mess, I was asked to complete the forms a second time and the wait time in the office was horrendous. All I was there for was a consultation, which I was told he only does in the afternoons and take half an hour. I waited over an hour before I walked out.
