This provider has no helpful information available online, apart from their address and phone number. They just have a basic listings page. I was never able to relax during my appointment. I was on edge the whole time. I would never visit them again. I was very disappointed. The staff must have not been trained very well. Almost every time I would ask them a question, they'd refer me to their boss or someone else. I did not feel safe with them at all. I was scared that something was going to go wrong. They cared more about making me pay for the service before it was rendered than they did about my claustrophobia or the possibility I might have a panic attack in the middle of the procedure. I'm surprised they didn't make you carry your receipt in a folder around your neck so they could see that you had paid. When I said something to the doctor about their priority being getting payment first he offered to stop the visit so I could leave. This tells me they have a scam going where they start your visit so they can bill for a service never performed. I will definitely notify Blue Cross about this.
