They weren't careful at all, and I was in a lot of pain after my appointment.Pllease read the story of Dr. James Chism from Fraser. Dr. Kinner is the one who misdiagnosed Dr. Chism and almost killed him. She is also under investigation by the State of Michigan.

Yes, they were over an hour late for my appointment

Yes, they made me feel like I shouldn't have called

Rude, seems like she hates her patients. Doesn't want to listen. Acts like your dumb, or a waste of her time. AWFUL doctor.

They were extremely late to all my appointments. I always had to wait over an hour for them to show up. They either didn't read my information or didn't pay any attention to it. Even though they had my information right in front of them, I kept having to explain it to them and remind them why I was there. I had to wait forever after I arrived for my appointment. They were running really behind and I was disappointed because it threw off the rest of my day. They don't treat their clients equally at all, and only make time for their favorite clients. If they didn't like me, they didn't make time for me. They are almost always unavailable. It was difficult to get an ideal appointment time that fit my schedule. Kinner changed the medical records to cover my mother's death. Because of her covering up what the hospital did, my mother died a horrific death. She is on the board at a couple hospitals, so she knows how to cover up errors. I just don't know how she lives with herself.
