In contrast to the majority of Internists in this area, Dr. Van Houzen takes his time with his patients, carefully and completely answers all questions, does a through examination, orders appropriate studies, and follows up promptly. He has a kind, gentle manner that keeps the patient at ease. He is always available.

They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. All my questions were answered. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. I will absolutely return. I had an amazing experience. Dr Van Houzen and his staff care, unlike many others I have seen. Best Dr in TC area in my opinion.

It was nice to see them treat their staff with so much respect. It was obvious that they had a good relationship with all of their staff members. Their staff is very friendly and professional. They never left me for an extended period of time and I never felt ignored.
